Every call starts where the last one ended.

OppFlow Discover remembers the opportunity, not the call. It carries what the customer already told you into the next conversation, has the questions ready before you dial, and coaches you live as they talk.

Why reps keep it open

Discovery goes wrong between calls, not during them.

Nothing gets asked twice

The profile is the unit of memory. Every answer, in the words the customer used and the call it came from, carries into the next conversation.

You see the gap, not a score

Coverage counts each framework field as confident, weak or missing — so what you have not asked is what sits at the top of the list.

Prep is already done

Questions are written from the profile after the last call, grouped by call phase, each with one line on why. No waiting on a coach at 00:00.

Opportunity memory

One profile per opportunity, updated by every call.

Your call list groups by opportunity, not by recording. Open one and you get the brief, what is known and how sure it is, the questions still worth asking, the loops in both directions, and every past call underneath.

Every field carries the quote and the call it came from

Pre-call prep

The list is waiting when you open the call.

Prep is written from the profile after the last call, not while you sit there. Questions are grouped by call phase, each tied to the field it fills, each with one line on why it is being asked — "left open after the last call", "only a weak guess so far".

If model prep has not landed yet, the framework list shows instantly and swaps in place when it does. Nothing blocks the start of a call.

Live coach

One question at a time, in the words they just used.

The list is live from 00:00 and keeps evolving as the call goes. The coach rewords and reorders as it hears more, fields fill as they are answered, and ⌥← ⌥→ walks whatever is still left to ask. Mark one Asked or Skip and it goes.

Context and enrichment

Brief the coach the way you would brief a colleague.

Type it, paste the email thread, or say it out loud. The agent places what it can into the profile at low confidence, marked as context until someone confirms it on a call, and folds the rest into how the next questions are worded.

Notes, paste or dictation

A handover from a colleague, a forwarded thread, a thought on the way out of a meeting. Once saved it folds to a single line, so it never crowds the screen.

Context 2 notes saved · 3 fields updated
Company and contact enrichment

Size, stack, recent events and who sits where — pulled in beside the opportunity name, so the coach knows the shape of the account before you do.

Coverage never lies to you

Enriched facts and context notes are background. A field only counts as covered when someone said it on a call, and the quote is there to prove it.

Works with what you already run
Calendar-aware starts
The 09:30 meeting opens with its opportunity already chosen, matched on name or attendee domain.
Zoom, Meet or in the room
System audio and microphone, both sides transcribed. No bot joins the call.
AI enrichment
Company and contact data pulled in on demand, kept as background rather than evidence.
CRM optional
Runs on its own today. Opportunities are shaped so a Salesforce or HubSpot link can sit behind them later.
Local by default
Audio is never written to disk. Transcripts, profiles and notes stay on your machine.

Discover records audio only while a call is running and keeps the transcript, profile and notes on your machine. When you connect a calendar it reads only the events involving contacts on your opportunities — enough to name the call and match the opportunity. We don't sell your data or use it to train foundation models. How we handle your data
